It was the fabulous Appleton Roebuck Scarecrow Weekend 2nd & 3rd July!

Appleton Roebuck Preschool Group hosted the raffle again this year, we would like to thank everyone that bought a ticket to support our charity. It really is appreciated and we have raised just over £1000!!

A huge thank you must also go out to the local businesses who donated prizes for the raffle. We could not do this without you!

If you attended you’ll have met some of the Preschool staff and parents at the map selling stall. Thanks to all the volunteers who helped out on the day.

AND… the Preschool scarecrow won 1st prize for Team Effort. All the children and staff put in so much effort leading up to the event. What do you think to our Worzel?

To all the children, parents, staff, committee and friends who have helped with scarecrow weekend, you have been absolutely amazing. 

Thank you again to the amazing event organisers for inviting us to get involved again. It was a fabulous community event that was very much needed after 2 years off! 

The raffle was drawn in The Parish Rooms on the 4th July. The children helped picked out the tickets at random. You will be contacted over the next few days to arrange pick-up/drop off of your prize. Well done!
